Take time out to rest during these holiday period if possible. Use this time to relax and rest both body, mind and soul. then prepare yourself for the year ahead.
Create a plan and set yourself apart form those who fail. Create a priority list of Critical, Important and nice to have, then convert the critical items to monthly WIGS (Wildly Important Goals). Start the year off willing able and enthusiastic.
Make a list of all the things that you have not yet done or completed this year.Then cross off the ones that you will never do or items that are now no longer relevant.
Take time to reflect on the victories and failures of this year in order to understand what you have learnt before you can move on to planning for the next year.
